Over the past 35 years, I’ve navigated through domestic violence, privacy, safety, vulnerability, and the consequences of what neglecting your mindset can do to you.  I’ve endured extreme personal adverse events in life, to the point of homelessness, and never gave up on finding a way to level up my coping skills. My passion grows from an abundance of personal struggles endured through trauma.
